Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (NQF Level 7)
• Valid SACAP professional registration
• 3 years’ practical architectural experience
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Development:

• Lead professional teams in architectural projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Review technical specifications and construction plans
• Develop quality assurance strategies for facilities

Team Leadership:

• Mentor junior architects and technical staff
• Manage performance evaluations
• Oversaw project workflows

Operations Management:

• Prepare resource allocation plans
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures
• Handle procurement processes

Professional Development:

• Research emerging architectural technologies
• Engage with industry regulatory bodies
• Implement sustainable design practices
