Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Review technical specifications and construction plans
- Develop quality assurance strategies for facilities
Team Leadership:
- Mentor junior architects and technical staff
- Manage performance evaluations
- Oversaw project workflows
Operations Management:
- Prepare resource allocation plans
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Handle procurement processes
Professional Development:
- Research emerging architectural technologies
- Engage with industry regulatory bodies
- Implement sustainable design practices
