Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
- TOGAF/SABSA certification mandatory
- 5+ years’ experience in application/data architecture design
- Proven track record in ICT team leadership and project management
- Valid driver’s license
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze enterprise software solutions
- Develop technical documentation and system prototypes
- Conduct technology evaluations and compliance audits
- Lead ICT strategy alignment with municipal objectives
- Implement risk management frameworks and governance policies
- Mentor team members in software development best practices
- Oversee operational processes for architecture projects
