About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Apple Sales Consultants to join our team at the V&A Waterfront concession store. In this role you will be the face of our brand, demonstrating Apple products and services, engaging customers, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase the latest Apple products and services to customers.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Matric).
• At least 3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, preferably in electronics.
• Experience in management is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of stock management principles.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and practices.
• Team‑player with a passion for customer service.
