Core Purpose

Ensure accurate financial operations through timely invoice processing, supplier payments, debt collection, and maintenance of creditor/debtor records to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare creditor/debtor aging reports
  • Assist with audit documentation and reconciliations

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and tax regulations
  • Support internal/external audit processes

Supplier Management

  • Process invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Manage payment batches and queries

Client Accounts

  • Maintain debtor records and issue invoices
  • Conduct account reconciliations
  • Manage collections and resolve billing issues

Requirements

Essential Qualification:
National Diploma in Finance

Preferred Experience:
2-5 years in financial administration
(Mining/construction industry experience advantageous)
