Job Description

Are you an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? NOV is looking for an AM Administrator (General Support) to join our administration team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple business functions. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to various internal teams. You will also help ensure smooth coordination of travel, personnel logistics, and documentation processes. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process travel-related tasks
  • Coordinate and assist with visa applications
  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Check and maintain various records and documents
  • Handle timekeeping maintenance, including capture, check, verify, and correct
  • Maintain personnel data in the Document Management System (monitor validity of mandatory certification)
  • Audit travel expenses, review, correct, and prepare for customer billing
  • Provide dispatch support, coordinate the preparation, mobilization, and demobilization of employees on away-from-base assignments
  • Prepare purchase requisitions
  • Provide internal training support
  • Share relevant new hire information and training from AM Administration
  • Offer back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as reasonably expected
  • Collaborate frequently with Norwegian colleagues; international experience is advantageous

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • Experience working within an administrative team (essential)
  • Experience in personnel logistics/coordination and/or international travel arrangements (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or Communication (desirable)
