Position Type: Contract (12 Months)
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/HRD, Public Management, Business Management or equivalent
Experience Needed: 4+ years in Education Training & Quality Assurance
Locations: Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape
Key Requirements
- Understanding of Skills Development Act and NQF framework
- Knowledge of QCTO processes and SAQA standards
- Valid driver’s license with travel readiness
- TQM qualification (advantageous)
Core Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Manage accreditation projects and provider monitoring
- Conduct compliance assessments at training sites
- Oversee Artisan/Non-Artisan training programs
- Coordinate assessment panels and ARPL processes
Compliance Management:
- Implement risk prevention strategies
- Maintain quality management standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance across operations
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing
- Represent organization at industry events
- Manage partner expectations and communications
