Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in HR/HR Development, Public Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in Education Training & Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Skills Development Act, QCTO processes, and SAQA frameworks
- Valid driver’s license with travel readiness
Core Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Manage accreditation projects and provider monitoring
- Conduct compliance assessments at training sites
- Prepare reports for accreditation committees
- Oversee Artisan/Non-Artisan training programs
Compliance & Risk
- Implement risk prevention measures
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Update operational procedures regularly
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Represent organization at industry events
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
