Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in HR/HR Development, Public Management, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 4+ years experience in Education Training & Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Skills Development Act, QCTO processes, and SAQA frameworks
  • Valid driver’s license with travel readiness

Core Responsibilities

Quality Assurance
  • Manage accreditation projects and provider monitoring
  • Conduct compliance assessments at training sites
  • Prepare reports for accreditation committees
  • Oversee Artisan/Non-Artisan training programs
Compliance & Risk
  • Implement risk prevention measures
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Update operational procedures regularly
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Represent organization at industry events
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
