Skills Needed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze data and interpret consumer insights
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales data to support decision-making
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
• Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and campaign documentation
• Support coordination with internal teams such as Brand, Commercial, Design, and Operations
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring in the retail and e-commerce sector
• Support general commercial and retail activities, including promotional reviews, product launches, and merchandising initiatives
• Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing and commercial projects
