Core Purpose
Provide administrative and creative support for advertising initiatives within SanlamConnect’s Client Interaction Engineering team, assisting intermediaries with effective marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Advertising Consultant to develop effective client campaigns
- Source and negotiate advertising quotes
- Coordinate material production with Design Team
- Manage publication processes and timelines
- Oversee billing and payment procedures
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Advertising or Marketing
Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite
- Sanport & SAP/H4 Hana systems
- Basic Desktop Publishing knowledge
Industry Knowledge:
- Financial services sector operations
- Print/digital advertising processes
- Brand management principles
Candidate Profile
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Afrikaans)
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Creative problem-solver with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
