Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused individual to join our team as an Administrator – Service Advisor. In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the service department, helping customers schedule appointments, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records of customer information.
  • Coordinate service requests with technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of service transactions, including service sheets, invoices, job cards, and warranty claims.
  • Keep the customer database up to date with accurate contact details.
  • Support the dealership in achieving industry standards of process and quality.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate or NQF 4.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of automotive service (essential).
  • Basic mathematical knowledge (numeracy).
  • Experience with OEM systems and internal procedures.
  • 2–3 years in the automotive service industry.
  • OEM Group South Africa product knowledge.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
