Purpose of Role:

Support ethical practices in South Africa’s financial sector by maintaining regulatory compliance through efficient administration of reportable irregularities (RIs).

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

RI Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate RI database records
  • Monitor timelines for RI reporting and follow-ups
  • Verify completeness of submitted documentation

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Serve as contact point for auditors and regulators
  • Facilitate clear communication between all parties

Quality Assurance:

  • Review RI documentation for compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements

General Administration:

  • Prepare meeting documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance monitoring
  • Understanding of Auditing Profession Act (2005) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and databases
