Purpose of Role:
Support ethical practices in South Africa’s financial sector by maintaining regulatory compliance through efficient administration of reportable irregularities (RIs).
Position Details:

- Experience: 5+ years in administration/compliance roles

Key Responsibilities:
RI Process Management:
- Maintain accurate RI database records
- Monitor timelines for RI reporting and follow-ups
- Verify completeness of submitted documentation
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as contact point for auditors and regulators
- Facilitate clear communication between all parties
Quality Assurance:
- Review RI documentation for compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
General Administration:
- Prepare meeting documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring
- Understanding of Auditing Profession Act (2005) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and databases
