Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of Skills Development legislation
- Knowledge of monitoring/evaluation principles
- Basic database management skills
- Flexibility for overtime work
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Evaluation Support
- Verify data accuracy across reporting systems
- Compile quarterly performance reports
- Conduct site visits for data validation
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with SETA policies
Office Administration
- Coordinate departmental workflows
- Manage office supplies and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems and records
- Provide executive support to senior management
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare audit documentation
- Monitor regulatory compliance
- Track reporting deadlines
- Implement risk management protocols
Financial Coordination
- Assist with budget tracking
- Process procurement requests
- Monitor departmental expenditures
