Position Details

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of Skills Development legislation
  • Knowledge of monitoring/evaluation principles
  • Basic database management skills
  • Flexibility for overtime work

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Evaluation Support

  • Verify data accuracy across reporting systems
  • Compile quarterly performance reports
  • Conduct site visits for data validation
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Maintain compliance with SETA policies

Office Administration

  • Coordinate departmental workflows
  • Manage office supplies and travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems and records
  • Provide executive support to senior management

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare audit documentation
  • Monitor regulatory compliance
  • Track reporting deadlines
  • Implement risk management protocols

Financial Coordination

  • Assist with budget tracking
  • Process procurement requests
  • Monitor departmental expenditures
