Position Overview:
The Media, Information and Communication Technologies SETA seeks an organized Administrator for Learning Programmes. This role supports skills development initiatives through effective administration and compliance management.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Matric + National Diploma (NQF 6) in Education, HR Development, or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years administrative experience with 1+ year in skills development
- Knowledge: SETA legislation, office management procedures, basic accounting principles
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to work flexible hours
Core Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate learning programme records
- Verify and audit learner data submissions
- Generate quarterly performance reports
- Manage training provider documentation
Programme Administration:
- Monitor grant disbursements
- Track learner enrollment and reporting
- Manage budgetary reconciliations
- Process payment requisitions
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Support audit processes
- Implement risk management protocols
- Update standard operating procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Address DHET queries
- Provide registration confirmations
- Support training providers
- Manage customer service requests

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in data management systems
- Excellent communication abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
