Key Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (exemption applies for PWD candidates)
- Proven experience in customer service coordination
- Competence in conducting service delivery research
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer care initiatives and service improvement programs
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results
- Conduct service delivery research and investigations
- Support transformation initiatives within department operations
