Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tender documentation
- Develop evaluation criteria for bids
- Coordinate bid evaluation processes
- Compile tender evaluation reports
- Investigate procurement-related complaints
- Maintain organized record-keeping systems
- Support bid adjudication processes
