Administrative Officer: Supply Chain Management Jobs

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations, and SCM instructions.
• Familiarity with LOGIS and/or SYSPRO, ESL, and EPS systems.
• Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the warehouse section.
• Plan demand for inventory.
• Handle monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Oversee IFS and AFS stocktake processes.
• Maintain procurement plan and issuance databases.
• Acquire goods and services through EPS, transversal contracts, and other methods as per AOS and SCM delegations.
• Approve systems as per delegations.
• Implement processes to avoid late payments.
• Keep proper records for the warehouse section.
• Assist other areas in Supply Chain Management.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject, or Senior Certificate with experience/competencies focused on the key performance areas of the post.
• Shortlisted candidates must undergo a practical assessment.
• Valid Code B driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel.

Salary: R 325 101 per annum – R 382 959 per annum (annual salary plus service benefits, including 13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
