Position Overview:
Provide essential administrative support for community services operations. Manage asset/fleet coordination and technical processes while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative functions for sports, recreation, culture, and library services
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinate facility bookings and rental processes
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Support financial processes and procurement activities
- Provide secretariat services for operational teams
- Ensure policy implementation and compliance
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- 6+ months administrative experience
- Computer proficiency (SAP knowledge beneficial)
- Clear criminal record verification required
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently
