Administrative Officer Opportunity – City of Tshwane

Position Overview:

Provide essential administrative support for community services operations. Manage asset/fleet coordination and technical processes while ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative functions for sports, recreation, culture, and library services
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Coordinate facility bookings and rental processes
  • Handle inventory management and stock control
  • Support financial processes and procurement activities
  • Provide secretariat services for operational teams
  • Ensure policy implementation and compliance

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • 6+ months administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency (SAP knowledge beneficial)
  • Clear criminal record verification required
