Requirements:
- 3-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR Management, Supply Chain Management, and Risk Management
- Understanding of Public Finance Management Act and Financial Management
- Familiarity with Departmental Financial Instructions, BAS, and Justice Yellow Pages
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial and human resource management
- Oversee risk and security management in court
- Manage strategic and business planning processes
- Supervise Criminal/Civil Court Administration and Family Court sections
- Administer Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts
- Support Case Flow Management and court operations
