Requirements:

  • 3-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Knowledge of HR Management, Supply Chain Management, and Risk Management
  • Understanding of Public Finance Management Act and Financial Management
  • Familiarity with Departmental Financial Instructions, BAS, and Justice Yellow Pages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate financial and human resource management
  • Oversee risk and security management in court
  • Manage strategic and business planning processes
  • Supervise Criminal/Civil Court Administration and Family Court sections
  • Administer Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts
  • Support Case Flow Management and court operations
