About the Organization:
The Road Accident Fund provides mandatory motor vehicle accident coverage under South African law, offering protection for personal injury claims (excluding property damage).
Core Purpose:
Deliver efficient document management services to support organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mail operations including processing, tracking, and distribution
- Handle legal document workflows (summonses, writs, etc.)
- Operate scanning/digitization systems and maintain electronic records
- Supervise document reproduction services (copying, binding, laminating)
- Coordinate messenger services and archive management
- Lead and train support staff in document management processes
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Administration or Business Management
- 3+ years experience in records management or administrative support roles
- Proven supervisory experience in office operations
Critical Skills:
- Document lifecycle management
- Records digitization processes
- Team leadership and workflow coordination
- Operational policy compliance
