Position Summary:

Required Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) with 3+ years’ experience in auxiliary services
- OR Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Administration/Management
- Working knowledge of PFMA, Public Service Act, and relevant regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office support services including porterage, mortuary operations, and security
- Implement National Core Standards compliance protocols
- Manage staff leave schedules and overtime allocation
- Coordinate inter-facility transfers of deceased persons
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for assigned units
- Supervise team performance and professional development
Essential Skills:
- Proven leadership in healthcare administration
- Strong operational planning capabilities
- Effective team management experience
- Financial management proficiency
