Required Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12) with 3+ years’ experience in auxiliary services
  • OR Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Administration/Management
  • Working knowledge of PFMA, Public Service Act, and relevant regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office support services including porterage, mortuary operations, and security
  • Implement National Core Standards compliance protocols
  • Manage staff leave schedules and overtime allocation
  • Coordinate inter-facility transfers of deceased persons
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for assigned units
  • Supervise team performance and professional development
