Clover is seeking an experienced Administrative Controller: Driver Ledger to manage and optimize the driver ledger across all satellite branches, focusing on reducing potential losses. This position is based at Clover Head Office in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Requirements

  • National Diploma required.
  • Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes.
  • Experience working with senior management.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills.
  • Valid Code 08 Driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities

Control and Monitor Driver Ledger

  • Maintain and update driver ledger for all satellite branches.
  • Liaise with branches regarding discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with daily balancing and capturing when required.
  • Reconcile driver accounts and resolve discrepancies to minimize losses.
  • Maintain and distribute daily age analysis reports.
  • Support the finance department with cash balancing queries.
  • Ensure master data files are updated and calls logged.
  • Process route settlements when required.

Provide Support to Distribution Operations

  • Compile and distribute daily reports.
  • Assist with operational process changes and implementations.
  • Help train new personnel.
  • Compile and distribute training manuals.
  • Ensure swell files are updated.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.

Perform Ad Hoc Duties and Tasks

  • Assist with investigations and problem-solving.
  • Support general departmental needs.
  • Investigate Integration message failures and escalate to system support.
  • Assist with new user access by capturing eForms.
