Position Details

Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
Education Requirement: Senior Certificate/Grade 12
Preferred Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel), supply chain fundamentals

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate (Commercial subjects advantageous)
  • Familiarity with PFMA, PPPFA, and supply chain regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license (preferred)

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier communications and quotation processes
  • Maintain procurement records and LOGIS order system
  • Administer contracts for supplies and mobile services
  • Prepare transaction reports and compliance documentation
  • Conduct stock audits and collaborate with stakeholders
