Position Details
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
Education Requirement: Senior Certificate/Grade 12
Preferred Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Word/Excel), supply chain fundamentals
Key Requirements
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate (Commercial subjects advantageous)
- Familiarity with PFMA, PPPFA, and supply chain regulations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license (preferred)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage supplier communications and quotation processes
- Maintain procurement records and LOGIS order system
- Administer contracts for supplies and mobile services
- Prepare transaction reports and compliance documentation
- Conduct stock audits and collaborate with stakeholders
