Administrative Assistant (4 Positions)

Role Purpose

Provide operational support for efficient claims administration and stakeholder service delivery at the Road Accident Fund.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle stakeholder queries via phone, email, and post
  • Prepare payment requisitions and authorization documents
  • Manage physical and digital claim file organization
  • Update claims systems with case progress information
  • Coordinate interdepartmental file transfers
  • Process document copies for external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized filing system for easy retrieval

Essential Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of claims processes
  • Proficiency in office software packages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication abilities
