Role Purpose
Provide operational support for efficient claims administration and stakeholder service delivery at the Road Accident Fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle stakeholder queries via phone, email, and post
- Prepare payment requisitions and authorization documents
- Manage physical and digital claim file organization
- Update claims systems with case progress information
- Coordinate interdepartmental file transfers
- Process document copies for external stakeholders
- Maintain organized filing system for easy retrieval
Essential Requirements
- Proven administrative experience
- Working knowledge of claims processes
- Proficiency in office software packages
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
