Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration (filing, scanning, correspondence)
- Handle client communications and reception duties
- Maintain client files and CRM system
- Process client inquiries and policy instructions
- Support financial product administration
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- NQF Level 5 in Office Administration preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual proficiency (English + South African official language)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
