Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office administration (filing, scanning, correspondence)
  • Handle client communications and reception duties
  • Maintain client files and CRM system
  • Process client inquiries and policy instructions
  • Support financial product administration

Requirements

  • Matric certificate essential
  • NQF Level 5 in Office Administration preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual proficiency (English + South African official language)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
