Organization Overview

The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) operates under the Pension Funds Act to resolve pension fund complaints. We are an independent statutory body appointed by the Minister of Finance.

Position Details

Experience Required: 2+ years administrative experience
Educational Requirement: Grade 12/Matric Certificate

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OPFA email and fax communications within 24-hour response window
  • Coordinate complaint documentation distribution to relevant teams
  • Capture new complaints in Respond software system within 48 hours
  • Verify data accuracy using approved verification methods
  • Prepare monthly complaint statistics reports
  • Assist visitors and complainants with filing procedures
  • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Data entry and administrative experience
