Role Summary

Support efficient hospital operations through billing accuracy, inventory management, and administrative coordination. Report directly to Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Monitor medical supplies and ward inventory
  • Conduct stock audits with pharmacy/central stores
  • Maintain secure storage and proper disposal protocols

Billing & Financial Compliance

  • Process patient billing and insurance verification
  • Resolve billing queries and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate with finance and clinical teams

Ward Administration

  • Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
  • Handle ward communications and staff support
  • Maintain clean workstation and office supplies

Requirements

  • Proven healthcare administration experience
  • Proficiency in hospital management systems
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
