Role Summary
Support efficient hospital operations through billing accuracy, inventory management, and administrative coordination. Report directly to Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor medical supplies and ward inventory
- Conduct stock audits with pharmacy/central stores
- Maintain secure storage and proper disposal protocols
Billing & Financial Compliance
- Process patient billing and insurance verification
- Resolve billing queries and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with finance and clinical teams
Ward Administration
- Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
- Handle ward communications and staff support
- Maintain clean workstation and office supplies
Requirements
- Proven healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency in hospital management systems
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
