Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Screen and verify legal documents and claims files
  • Update claim records and manage file tracking systems
  • Coordinate file transfers between regional offices
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Validate attorney documentation and payment records

Legal Cost Processing

  • Verify billing accuracy against court orders
  • Review historical payment records
  • Process payments through financial systems
  • Prepare daily transaction reports

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily activity statistics
  • Submit performance reports to management
  • Archive processed documentation

Requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric certification
  • 1 year experience in legal/admin/claims processing
  • Proficient in office software and recordkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
