Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Screen and verify legal documents and claims files
- Update claim records and manage file tracking systems
- Coordinate file transfers between regional offices
- Handle internal and external stakeholder queries
- Validate attorney documentation and payment records
Legal Cost Processing
- Verify billing accuracy against court orders
- Review historical payment records
- Process payments through financial systems
- Prepare daily transaction reports
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily activity statistics
- Submit performance reports to management
- Archive processed documentation
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric certification
- 1 year experience in legal/admin/claims processing
- Proficient in office software and recordkeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
