Position Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Inland Retail Sales Team
  • Manage calendars and schedule retailer engagements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership team
  • Handle purchase orders and vendor communications
  • Organize meetings and document minutes/action items
  • Assist with budget tracking and new employee onboarding

Requirements

  • Matric certificate essential, tertiary qualification in Office Administration preferred
  • 3 years’ administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in office software and communication tools
