Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Inland Retail Sales Team
- Manage calendars and schedule retailer engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership team
- Handle purchase orders and vendor communications
- Organize meetings and document minutes/action items
- Assist with budget tracking and new employee onboarding
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential, tertiary qualification in Office Administration preferred
- 3 years’ administrative experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in office software and communication tools
