Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Document Management:
Develop efficient filing systems, maintain document registers, and establish tracking mechanisms for Commission paperwork.
Secretarial Support:
Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare agendas/minutes, manage diaries, and handle official correspondence.
Administrative Duties:
Arrange travel/logistics, maintain office equipment inventory, manage communications systems, and oversee stationery supplies.
