Job Overview

Support the Compliance, Risk & Enforcement team in managing administrative functions for smooth office operations. This role requires organizational skills and professionalism in a dynamic university environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Manage correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain filing systems and document control
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management

Financial Support:

  • Process expense claims and purchasing requests
  • Reconcile corporate cards and manage Oracle allocations
  • Coordinate invoice processing with finance department

Stakeholder Service:

  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors/callers
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Support team compliance with university policies

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • 3-5 years office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration (advantageous)
  • Experience in higher education or legal environments
  • Knowledge of university policies/procedures
