Administrative Assistant (AD31)

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and manage files on the server.
  • Handle property-related searches.
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin and Sales Departments.
  • Assist at property and movable asset auctions.
  • Help clients with online and in-person auction registrations.
  • Capture and maintain data on CRMs and back-end systems.
  • Provide reception relief when needed.
  • Handle various ad hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • Matric / National Senior Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience in a business setting.
  • Proven background in administration.
  • Experience in the property or auctioneering industry is a plus.
  • Good skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRMs and back-end systems.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
