About the Role
Join our Medical Affairs South Africa team in Johannesburg as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Head of Medical Affairs. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at organizational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding processes
- Handle financial tasks including budget tracking and purchase orders
- Process payments using SAP systems (Comet & Ariba)
- Maintain clear communication across team members
Requirements
- Experience in financial administration and bookkeeping
- Proficiency with Excel and SAP systems
- Understanding of pharmaceutical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
