About the Role

Join our Medical Affairs South Africa team in Johannesburg as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Head of Medical Affairs. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and confidential documentation
  • Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Handle financial tasks including budget tracking and purchase orders
  • Process payments using SAP systems (Comet & Ariba)
  • Maintain clear communication across team members

Requirements

  • Experience in financial administration and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with Excel and SAP systems
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
