Key Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of HR Management and Supply Chain processes
  • Understanding of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) regulations
  • Familiarity with Financial Management systems (Vote/Trust Accounts)
  • Experience with departmental financial systems (BAS, Justice Yellow Pages)
  • Risk management expertise

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage office finances and human resources
  • Coordinate court security and risk management
  • Oversee strategic business planning processes
  • Supervise Criminal/Civil Court Administration operations
  • Administer Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts
  • Support Case Flow Management systems
