Role Summary:
We seek a qualified Administration Officer to manage office operations, coordinate resources, and ensure efficient court administration services.
Requirements:
- 3-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience
- Knowledge of HR management, supply chain processes, and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and financial systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office finances and human resources
- Manage risk assessments and security protocols
- Coordinate strategic planning and operational workflows
- Supervise court administration sections (Criminal, Civil, Family Court)
- Administer third-party funds and budgetary accounts
