Administration Officer Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Department Director
- Coordinate meetings and manage directorate schedules
- Handle travel arrangements and logistical coordination
- Maintain office records and documentation systems
- Assist with general administrative functions
