Position Summary

We seek an organized Administration Officer to provide essential administrative and financial support to our team. This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage departmental diaries and meeting coordination
  • Prepare reports, documents, and meeting packages
  • Maintain filing systems and document tracking
  • Process operation manuals and amendments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Manage office supplies and asset allocation
  • Handle stakeholder communications
  • Support budget preparation and expenditure tracking

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Office Administration/Finance certificate (NQF 5)
  • 2 years’ administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Office Management/Finance (advantageous)

Core Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience with budget processes
