Position Summary
We seek an organized Administration Officer to provide essential administrative and financial support to our team. This role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental diaries and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, documents, and meeting packages
- Maintain filing systems and document tracking
- Process operation manuals and amendments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Manage office supplies and asset allocation
- Handle stakeholder communications
- Support budget preparation and expenditure tracking
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Office Administration/Finance certificate (NQF 5)
- 2 years’ administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Office Management/Finance (advantageous)
Core Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Experience with budget processes
