Educational Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in:
    • Public Administration
    • Logistics Management
    • Public Finance & Accounting
    • Procurement Management

Core Competencies

  • 1+ years’ experience in supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in:
    • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
    • PPPFA regulations
    • Supply chain management guidelines
    • Contract administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage media procurement processes including RFQs (Request for Quotations) and bids
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legislative requirements
  • Oversee tender documentation and bid evaluation processes
  • Maintain procurement records and contract databases
  • Develop and monitor department procurement plans
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement for procurement activities
  • Prepare reports for national treasury compliance
