Key Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Understanding of Public Service regulations and department policies
- Knowledge of call center operations and office management
- Proficiency in data handling and document management systems
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer communications
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support reporting processes and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Provide general administrative assistance to the department
