Job Purpose

Provide administrative support for transport operations within the Executive Support Branch, including vehicle management and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Government Motor Transport bookings
  • Process vehicle usage applications
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (CBD & regional fleet)
  • Administer traffic violation records

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)

Required Competencies

  • Understanding of public service regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team collaboration ability

Salary & Benefits

R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
