About the Role
The Western Cape Government’s Mobility Department seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for the Sub-Directorate: Traffic Fee and Debt Management. This role requires adaptability to meet deadlines and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent)
- Experience in administrative roles (preferably in transport/licensing or public sector)
- Familiarity with public service regulations and administrative workflows
Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Assist with supply chain and procurement processes
- Manage personnel administration tasks
- Support financial administration and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and time management skills
