About the Role

The Western Cape Government’s Mobility Department seeks a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for the Sub-Directorate: Traffic Fee and Debt Management. This role requires adaptability to meet deadlines and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent)
  • Experience in administrative roles (preferably in transport/licensing or public sector)
  • Familiarity with public service regulations and administrative workflows

Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Assist with supply chain and procurement processes
  • Manage personnel administration tasks
  • Support financial administration and reporting

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational and time management skills
