Administration Clerk: Supply Chain Management (Asset Management) Jobs

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Management, including maintenance, register management, and compliance with the Accounting Officer System (AOS).
• Asset Verification.
• Disposal Management.
• Management of asset additions.
• Management of operational leases.
• Support to supervisor and management.

Requirements

• Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject, or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with relevant experience in the key performance areas of the post.
• Appropriate administrative experience, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Experience with SYSPRO or LOGIS systems.
• Working knowledge of Asset Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Functional computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the Accounting Officer System.
• Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1).

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical assessment.

Salary

R 228 321 – R 268 950 per annum, plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
