Position Details

- Experience Needed: 3-5 years office administration experience
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Core Responsibilities
- Manage office communications and visitor coordination
- Schedule meetings and maintain accurate records/materials
- Supervise temporary staff and process financial documents
- Maintain GIS training programs and user accounts
- Handle document management for infrastructure records
Essential Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or related field
- Proficiency in data management and administrative processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
