Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of departmental movable assets
- Reconcile asset registers with BAS system
- Update asset movements in financial administration records
- Conduct physical asset verification audits
- Manage disposal of obsolete equipment following departmental policies
- Report stolen or lost assets through proper channels
