Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of departmental movable assets
  • Reconcile asset registers with BAS system
  • Update asset movements in financial administration records
  • Conduct physical asset verification audits
  • Manage disposal of obsolete equipment following departmental policies
  • Report stolen or lost assets through proper channels
