  • Compile headcount daily, weekly, and monthly data. Capture data, compliments, and complaints on SINJANI. Generate an appointments list for follow-up clients from the Tier.net folder, based on the Tier.net appointment list. Prepare folders for the next day (file blood results and print stickers). If a new client facility folder needs to be opened, place the correct stationery in it and print stickers.
  • Computer skills in MS Word and Excel. Ability to take accountability and responsibility, with good interpersonal skills. Must maintain confidentiality and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ready to work 8 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and overtime when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel across the sub-district.
  • No payment is required when applying for this post. Candidates may need to take a practical test. The pool of applications will be considered for similar vacancies in the Witzenberg Sub-district for three months from the advert date, if the job title, core functions, requirements, and salary level match.
  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Salary: R 228 321 per year, plus benefits (13th cheque, employer’s pension fund contribution, housing and medical aid allowance).
