Job Details

  • Education Requirement: Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Experience Needed: 1+ years in administrative roles
  • Department: Student Finance Division
  • Start Date: Immediate Registration Period Support

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support student registration processes
  • Manage financial documentation
  • Assist with student account queries
  • Coordinate between academic departments and finance teams

Key Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Understanding of student financial systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Institutional Tracking Systems (ITS)
  • Higher education sector experience
