Job Details
- Education Requirement: Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Experience Needed: 1+ years in administrative roles
- Department: Student Finance Division
- Start Date: Immediate Registration Period Support
Primary Responsibilities
- Support student registration processes
- Manage financial documentation
- Assist with student account queries
- Coordinate between academic departments and finance teams
Key Requirements
- Proven administrative experience
- Understanding of student financial systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Institutional Tracking Systems (ITS)
- Higher education sector experience
