Position Overview

Support our Field Marketing team with essential administrative functions and financial coordination in Bloemfontein. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll ensure accurate data management and cross-departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and manage expense allocations
  • Monitor budget vs. actual departmental expenses
  • Generate regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Maintain regional databases and promotional stock records
  • Prepare presentation materials and operational reports
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections and incident reporting
  • Support sales target development and customer relations
  • Manage company assets and promotional materials

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
Matric Certificate + 3 years FMCG admin experience

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
  • Understanding of financial processes and HR policies
  • Experience with purchase order systems
  • Knowledge of cash management procedures
