Position Overview
Support our Field Marketing team with essential administrative functions and financial coordination in Bloemfontein. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll ensure accurate data management and cross-departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and manage expense allocations
- Monitor budget vs. actual departmental expenses
- Generate regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Maintain regional databases and promotional stock records
- Prepare presentation materials and operational reports
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and incident reporting
- Support sales target development and customer relations
- Manage company assets and promotional materials
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Matric Certificate + 3 years FMCG admin experience
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
- Understanding of financial processes and HR policies
- Experience with purchase order systems
- Knowledge of cash management procedures
