Education: Higher National Certificate (NQF 6) in Public Administration/Office Administration or related field
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ administrative experience in HR environment
- Proven secretarial and organizational skills
- Knowledge of public service regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR management
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
- Manage document flow and filing systems
- Process invoices and procurement requests
- Maintain departmental databases and records
- Handle internal/external stakeholder communications
