Position: Administrative Officer – Human Capital Management & Development

Experience: 1-2 years
Education: Higher National Certificate (NQF 6) in Public Administration/Office Administration or related field

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience in HR environment
  • Proven secretarial and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of public service regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR management
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
  • Manage document flow and filing systems
  • Process invoices and procurement requests
  • Maintain departmental databases and records
  • Handle internal/external stakeholder communications
