Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal services team
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
- Manage procurement of office supplies and stationery
- Process financial documents and verify payment invoices
- Maintain filing systems and manage correspondence
- Handle database management and information tracking
- Assist with budget preparation and reporting
Candidate Requirements
- National Certificate (NQF 6) in relevant administrative field
- 1-2 years practical office administration experience
- Knowledge of public service regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in document management systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
