  • Provide administrative support across departmental functions
  • Handle financial administration for contracts, invoices and expenditure
  • Ensure compliance with governance legislation and municipal policies
  • Maintain sound financial management practices
  • Deliver excellent customer service relations
  • Support general administrative operations within the division
