Qualifications Required

  • NQF Level 6/7 qualification in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting or Logistics (SAQA-recognized)
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tender documentation: distribution, deposit collection, receipt issuance, and registry maintenance
  • Maintain tender box and collect documents for clarification meetings
  • Log late submissions and return unopened with explanatory letter
  • Process tenders according to procurement specifications and marking procedures
  • Publish timely tender submissions on department website within required timeframes
  • Create document tracking systems from advertising to evaluation phase
  • Develop filing systems and maintain accurate records
